The Open Door

You are lit from the outside in, and it shows.

You speak in order to think, you fill lulls without deciding to, and you leave gatherings carrying more charge than you brought.

Reader experiences

But don’t take our word for it.

  • I’ve taken a few personality tests before, but this one had a level of detail and rigor I hadn’t seen before. I was impressed by the result’s use of current research to create actionable items for growth. The focus on how I present myself to others advances the applicability to any team, groups or company that is looking to optimize their dynamics.

    Tim K.

  • It’s fun and introspective. It really got me thinking about myself. It’s unique and fun. Very in depth results.

    Sheila D.

  • The process was quick and easy, and the results were spot on. It was fascinating to see how well they captured me. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves.

Questions

The things people ask before they start.

Is this accurate?

Yes. Wellington measures where you sit across hundreds of well-studied traits and places each result against a broad adult reference, so your bands reflect real differences, not a mood or a guess. It rests on the most thoroughly tested framework in personality psychology.

Is this just another personality quiz?

No. Wellington does not sort you into one of four or sixteen boxes. It measures where you sit across 255 well-studied traits and writes each one back to you as a full page, with an archetype, a narrative, a growth edge, and a small practice, shaped to your own answers.

Is it really free?

Yes. The 60-question Snapshot and your personality card are free, always. Your eight written chapters are the Portrait Report, a one-time $0.99. Going deeper is Wellington Membership: 7 days free, then $9.99 a month until you cancel, which includes everything. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

Is this therapy?

No. Wellington is a wellness tool for reflection, not a diagnosis and not a substitute for care. There is no pathology language anywhere in the report, and it does not screen for or name any condition.

What happens to my email?

When you finish the Snapshot we ask for an email so your progress and results have somewhere to live. We use it to send your report and, unless you opt out, occasional guidance drawn from your own answers. Every message has a working unsubscribe link, and you can delete everything in one click.

How long does it take?

About 7 minutes for the free test. If you continue, the Portrait adds 336 questions across 4 chapters you can spread across sittings, and membership is one short module a week.

Take the first step toward knowing yourself better.
