Purchases and cancelling
If something about a purchase is not right, email us from the address on your account and we will look into it. Cancelling the Year does not need an email at all: it is one click in your dashboard. The policy is on the purchases page.
Your data
To delete your account and every answer, use Delete my data. It is immediate and does not need a message to us. For anything else about your data, the privacy policy says what we hold and why.
Research and press
Researchers interested in the item bank or the norming study, and journalists, are welcome to write to [email protected] with the topic in the subject line.
